hey, i know this might not be the correct place to post this, but i'm assuming other people are having the same problems i am

in previous FM's, using default individual training, and similar/the same team training, i could keep my players match condition/fitness at a high %, mainly if they're not playing a game every 3 days, but this FM, even with auto assigning coaches, having 4 fitness coaches with 20 fitness coaching, no high schedules, everything on basic/default, rest after match, i'm noticing even with no matches 5-6 days after their last match, players even struggle to get above 95%, even if they finished the last match above 60

anyone have any ideas what the go is with keeping fitness/conditions high in this FM, or am i just over looking some new feature that is required to keep players fit

Have not encountered such a problem even when there are 3 games in a week. Players usually recover fitness to about 90%+, some players you have to rotate when they end a game in the low 60%s. Do you keep a rest day after match?
 
yeah, im on default slider, balanced, rest after match

on previous FM's if players played a game then had none for 5-6 days they'd be 100%

this FM, same scenario, they're like 93-95

is it just harder to get players 100%?
 
I rarely see a player at 100% condition on Matchdays even for unused subs. I think this is due to the training they are going through on the day before the match. If they go through match preparation training the day before they maybe be 99% match fit but their conditioning probably should'nt be 100% My players usually have conditioning around 92-97%, you seldom get to see 100%.
 
I've noticed this too, players aren't 100% at any time. 98% is my new 100%!

But, on the other hand, having them resting before and after the match, and with a 22 rotation squad players, i've reduced injuries and fitness problems to almost zero
