Bournemouth - "The Cherries"

Welcome to my FM15 story where I will be managing Bournemouth. I am really impressed with them in real life, so I'm going to try and take them places in the game!

Tune in next time for the rest of August!

P.S - Please give me some feedback :) Thanks!

Only the 1 defeat in Pre-Season but that will be nothing to worry about and good luck for the season, as long as you don't beat Brighton then thats alright haha

I started my career at Bournemouth, it's very easy first year to win the Championship, you should be aiming for at least automatic promotion without even thinking!

Vallejo is a good loan signing, so is James Wilson from Man Utd. And whatever you do, do not sell Harry Arter, even when your in the Premiership, he was immense for me as an AP.

Good luck with this anyways, I found it to be fun and it was the first (and only) save I've got into. I'm loving the save at the moment, although I moved on from Bournemouth in the 3rd season.

Thanks bud :) I have a soft spot for Brighton so I'd be secretly upset if I beat them xD next post(s) coming later :)

Well I hope I can do as well as you did mate! Thanks, I'll take a look at Wilson :)

If/once I get to the PL, I may also move on from Bournemouth :)

Don't move on, if you get them to the Prem then build them and make them an established Prem side

My plan originally wasn't to move on, but at the end of the 2nd season the chairman retired and an Italian bloke took over; he wanted the complete opposite of what me and the old board wanted. He wanted high profile players etc whereas I wanted to continue trying to bring youngsters through. The club has spent a load of money on upgrading the academy etc and he came in and was like 'f*ck it' lol

An opportunity came up around Xmas time of the 3rd season; Juventus were struggling in Serie A even though they had players like Depay, Wellington Nem, Fred, Pogba et al, offered me a £40mil budget and wanted a top half finish, there wasn't a single reason in the world not to take it, especially with the new d*ck of a chairman I had at Bournemouth.

Back to Bournemouth though, my first signing in preparation for the PL was Sisto (LW, think that's how ya spell his name). Cost me £5mil, won young player of year in first PL season then I flogged him to Real for £22mil.

It is really fun with Bournemouth, I was just gutted about the owner I got!
