where are my subs?

Hi, I have seen a few youtube videos where the people playing fm15 have on their team selection page the player roles, player list, pitch with positions and first team on and then a column to the right of this with the substitutes like last years version. I have noticed I don't have a display of the subs to the right of that pitch and wondered if anybody knew how to remedy this.
