The thread title says it all.

Who would you like to see replace the Great Sir Alex Ferguson when he finally retires.

In my opinion, there is only two people who could...

Mourinho and Guardiola!

I think United are screwed once he goes...

I agree, when he goes, it will take a few years until we get back into it.... of course that is unless RYAN GIGGS takes over straight away and is a genius manager having worked under Fergie his whole career XD

Mourinho-Guardiola has only had 1 good season at Barca and look at the players he had there

Guardiola! Really.?
Just because he won the treble in his first season dose not make him that good look at the team he had to work with Eto'o Messi Xavi Iniesta ect ect

I am not saying he is bad and he did not do a good job cause he did but if you put him in charge at Man u he would be lost

that's what i mean danny,,there is only Mourinho who can do the same job as fergie

Hopefully gareth southgate. But i think Steve Bruce is the man. Great manager

Couldn't agree more.

Still, Guardiola in his first season as a manager of a first team becomes the first manager in Spanish history to win the treble. Something special much? The football he plays aswell is mouth watering. Given he would need to prove consistency to get the chance, but never the less he's going to be one heck of a manager when he gets more experience.

Well yeah the football was good because he had Messi, Eto'o, Xavi, Iniesta, Yaya, Alves, Ect ect

You put them players on a pitch and its going to be mouth watering no matter who the manager is

Not really, when Rijkaard was there, their football wasn't as good. And he had Ronaldinho in his prime instead of a washed up (compared to him in his prime) Thierry Henry.

But what i mean is with the team they have now with Guardiola! there its his first job as manager and it really could not be as easy as it is with all those players on the same team and barcelona and a rich team so

If you put him at Man Utd he would drag them down

I dont think Mourinho is the man to take over, he moves on to much. For me it will be David Moyes, Martin Oneil or Steve bruce.

The day SAF retires the Arsenal dominance will begin Muahahaha!

joke.

S Bruce, J Mourinho and maybe roy keane if he gets ipswich to the prem and does well :p

Tough tough one.

I'd like to put myself forward :)

Mourinho would love to come back and beat chelsea i'm pretty sure.

Either Mourinho, Bruce or Moyles probably...

I think the only manager that could do anything near what Sir alex has done at man utd is......
The special One

I'm hoping Roy Keane takes over and sends them straight downhill ^^)
