Players not happy about lack of first team.

Playing FM09, I have players who are unhappy about they're lack of first team appearances.

My question is: How many competitive first-team appearances does it take on average in order for the player to be happy again?

there is no average. what is their squad status? players who are 'key players' might become unhappy even if they are not played for 2 matches or so while players who are 'backup' would be less likely to become unhappy unless you dont play them for long periods of time. squad status is very important imo.

Yeah I agree, If you don't play them much you might as well sell them on. If clubs want them they will almost definitely go because they are unhappy.

My right winger starts to complain immediatly when I drop him for a game against some weaker team to give my youngsters a chance. But again I play him in the next game and his happy again.

I have problem with player happiness aswell. I took over relegated AS Monaco got them promoted and won the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue. But my defenders(N'Koulou, Sambou and Mongongou) keep complaining that they need to leave the team to win trophies!

probably 3 league games or 5 cup matches. it's happened to me loads of times in my cheat games
