Just started playing the game (never played it before) and i've started in the n.irish league as coleraine.

My main concern at the moment is finance as I made a significant loss in the 1st month. Most of the outgoings are on player wages. Now, i certainly don't have a massive squad by any means. But my only option is to cull the numbers surely?, otherwise eventually i will get the boot?

Also, players seem to have concerns regarding fitness levels, so i have looked for a fitness coach. But I have to get rid of one of my other coaches before I get him in.
Is it essential to employ the new coach, (if i terminate by mutual consent do i lose money?) or can i tweak training myself? Any advice on this would be appreciated.
I realise that there are training plans to download, but i am assuming they are for full time teams with significantly better players than mine.

Some advice on any of the above would be appreciated. Sorry if it's in the wrong place

if you terminate by mutual consent the coach will have to decide whether he wants to leave and will give you a set fee you have to pay him if you want to get rid of him. but i would just tweak the training yourself.

Don't worry about losses. Most clubs make a loss every month. As long as your wages are within budget you can make all the losses you want. I make a loss at West Ham United Every month.
