Question: Scouting - League 2

Hello guys

I have a question about scouting in League 2. I just promoted from te Vanarama Conference in the Sky Bet League 2, but my players have all 1 to 2 stars rating.
So I'm looking for players for the Sky Bet League 2, but I don't know how to find good players for this league.
I'm a very small team (Andover Town) with a low reputation so very good players for Vanarama Conference would be good as well.
I'm in the year 2023 so suggesting players wouldn't be good advice I think.

So my question is how do I find good players for this league? How do I set my scouts? (I have 4)

All help is welcome, I have a wage budget of €9,500 per week.

Do you have a parent club? If not you should get one, that way you can get some very good players on loan.

In terms of scouting it would probably be best to scout in some of the obscure leagues. You should be able to find a few gems who would be interested in joining your club.

I always ask to look for a parent club, but every time they come back with none. So loaning players from a parent club isn't an option...

Which leagues would you suggest?
I can scout in England until the 8th level, in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland

Ireland, Northern Ireland & Wales are very good options. If you are able to scout in Europe, then I would suggest looking at some of the Scandinavian countries. Finland may be the best option.
I would also either scout in the conference or scout in league 1. An unhappy player may be willing to drop down a division.
