If you think hes gna disrupt the harmony at the club then defo sell him, if you think you can bring him round then keep him because hes a very good player. If you sell him id recommend Stevan Jovetic or Angel Di Maria...theres plenty more left wingers aswell, jus cant think of them off the top of my head
