player search filter

Ive just started my third season with spurs and when i go into player search and staff search and go to edit filters it wont let me filter out un-realistic targets, the option is just greyed out? Can anyone explain why this is happening? Thanks

you may not have an assistant manager..usually it says *** manager to filter unrealistic targets if thats not there someone might have offered a contract to your staff without you seeing

thanks mate, thats exactly it , my assisatant managers contract expired, only problem is now im trying to find a new one and cant tell whos interested lol

We don't know who will be interested just have to search around and see who looks good and who you think will do the job.
