What the ****?

Hi guys, I just downloaded some Brushes over some sites and installed them straight in the right folder (Program Files ->Adobe -> Adobe Photoshop CS3 -> Presets -> Brushes). The problem is that they don't load up and I can't use them. Did I forgot something to do?

Once you have downloaded them, Extract them and right click them and select install.
