Hi, I have started a new save with Eastleigh, who play in the Vanarama Conference Premier.
After assessing the team it became apparent I would need to play a narrow formation due to the clubs complete lack of wide players. I decided to go with the 4-1-2-1-2 because that was the strongest formation in relation to the players I had.
I have seen many posts where the 4-1-2-1-2 is used but, unfortunately, these have all been used with high quality teams and, because of that, are too complex for Eastleigh.
Does anyone have (or know of) a simpler 4-1-2-1-2 tactic for use in the Lower Leagues?
Also, in case you're interested, the club has a wage budget of £23,307 a week and I have been given a transfer budget of £50,000, which I believe is very generous for a non-league club.
The other formations I am looking to use are 4-3-1-2 Narrow and 4-1(DM)-3-2 Narrow
