Leagues Below the Vanarama Conference North/South?

Hi all

I've seen videos of YouTube and posts online where people have played FM 2015 as English teams lower than the Vanderama Conference North or South.

I'd love to play as Blyth Spartans but when I create a new game I don't get the option to pick any team below the conference north or south?

Am I missing something obvious?

You have to download the leagues like you would a skin or facepack.
