man C advice

Hello all,
I'm playing some mates tonight on FM10 and I want to destroy them. I'm Man C so I'll have silly funds to spend. Is it true they're refreshed once the kitty is spent?
I'm after some cracking suggestions on players but before you suggest anything please take a look at my little spreadsheet. It shows who I will replace and who I will not. I welcome any suggestions critisism, keep it constructive though, ey?

I've been playing managing for 5 Seasons. You will have to win something in each one, no matter what.
Buy David Villa in your fisrt season for 60M.
Or De Rossi/Fabregas for 50M.
Only chooes one of these. They will be your main player for the next few seasons.
Sell any players that are in they're position.
If its Villa you buy, sell Adebayor.
If its De Rossi, sell Kompany.

if you have a spreadsheet of targets and etc, then why ask for advice if you got everything prepared yourself mate, there all top players, i dont think anyone on here, can suggest better mate.

The main objective in being Man City is too spend money, or just arrange players in price, put a position in and filter it, then choose the top one.
