Teams always coming back when I'm 2+ up...

Hey guys, I'm currently playing as Bury (League 2), I started off not knowing what the **** I was doing but I was winning games and lying 2nd in the league, but recently, I've been playing against teams in 17th and 18th, and I manage to go a few goals up, but they always seem to come back and win, anyone have anything that could help me out?

change your mentality to contain in touchline instructions, and show disappointment to your team at half time

always go conatin or defensive and use the retain possession shout. most teams will come forwards if they're 2 down at half time. also your team will often become complacent if they have good lead at half time. i some times go counter, just to grab a goal in the second half, that tends to finish most teams off, and they go very defensive

I'm normally 2 or 3 up at half time though, does that matter or should I still show dissapointment. Also, I'm very new to this game so apologies if this is a stupid question, but how do I "change your mentality to contain in touchline instructions"?
