Hi,

I've never posted a tactic before. However, this time I thought I had to, in order to share what I think is the best tactic I've created for years. What makes me think this is the incredible amount of wins I have achieved in my first season thus far, whilst playing the likes of Balanta, Gaston Gil Romero, Kranevitter and Chambers in the first team from the start. Furthermore, I have sold Giroud and Ozil and Debuchy have only played 2 games due to injury.

I realise I haven't yet won any trophies but I'm very confident I will have by the end of the season.

Use the home tactic in home matches and away against teams you expect to beat. Use the underdog tactic for games in which you are the underdog, playing AWAY.

I leave opposition instructions to Tassotti, my world class assistant manager.

Keep the meter on full to the left - most match training - during pre-season, with 7 friendlies, and allow rests in between games. Use this tool depending on circumstances throughout the season.

For the Kobenhavn game, my team were still getting used to the tactic. For the City game, when we lost 3-0, I didn't use the second tactic as this was the game that taught me that I need to adapt for big away games with a new tactic.

The 4231 is solid - the centre mids push up to shut down attackers whilst the front 4 do the same, and the opposition can rarely get out. The two wingbacks compound this. The combination of an inside forward and winger allows for a very unpredictable and deadly attack, with the complete wingback overlapping an often contributing with goals, and the complete forward allowed to create or shoot - a player that has better technical attributes than Welbeck would be insane, but Welbeck is already deadly for me at the moment.

The 451 drops deeper and looks to win the midfield battle, whilst keeping the freedom in attack and the same sort of attacking movements. This allows a more solid defence, and creates instances of domination and also instances of counter attacking.

I haven't tried the tactic with smaller teams - perhaps the underdog tactic away and the 4231 at home would work best if you have the right players.

Thanks guys, tell me how it goes for yourselves.
