Custom DB Downloaded

So I downloaded the Uzbekistan league off another site and I don't know where to put it to get it on the game, I have Windows 7 if that helps....

go to my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2010/editor data/then place the file in there

I have it downloaded (I clicked save) how do I get it into the editor data file now?

you copy and paste it into there mate

It just says copy download link and I cant paste that into the file, what have I done wrong?

ok when you save it, then it should bring up my documents, and it should be highlighted, then i believe you just drag it in, sorry for the lack of help this isnt my area, ask lee

I can't drag it in (when I save it it goes to Downloads where I can't copy or drag it

Who's Lee could you ask him to help me.
