I know there are probably similar threads but couldnt find the same situation or answers that I am looking for.
I just signed Hulk from Porto for £30m+ on last day of transfer deadline. I skipped through the Visa message and now he's arrived I realise that he needs a work permit. I can not loan him to my feeder club as its outside of window.
I have tried to loan him out back to Portugal but no one is interested.
I tried offering him a new contract but my assisstant still stays he is unlikely to get a Work Permit.
He has only just made his debut for Brazil.
So for now he is sat there doing nothing earning 80k per week.
Is he likely to get a work permit at the end of the season? or will he just sit there for the next 5 years costing me money?
How many internationals does he need to play to qualify for the work permit?

he needs to play in 80% of internationals for his country over a two year period

So, I'm ****** basically. He probably wont play for them again since he wont be getting any first team football for a while.
I should read the messages properly...

weve all made thaty mistake before mate, not to worry. it wont happen again now will it? lol

Loan him to a Spanish club for 2 years and he should qualify for a Spanish passport. I do it with the 16-18 Brazilians i can't get permits for
