Making the most talented keeper in the world more consistent. Need help ASAP

I'm playing with Newcastle and I loaned him out to Lille.
I really want Kouakou to become more consistent and the only way I can think of is to get a keeper who has that trait, call Kouakou back and quickly tutor him for the rest of the season.

It makes sense that a consistent performer can help a younger with either not be so inconsistent or become pretty consistent himself, but I don't know the FM mechanics that well.

Tutoring affects personality and Determination. The hidden attributes of Consistency, Versaility, Important Matches, and Dirtiness won't be affected at all. Those four go up with time and experience.

Playing experience will be key to getting the Consistency up.

Inconsistency is a mental issue, so yeah, having someone who is consistent tutor him would LOGICALLY make sense, but also, on FM logic is secondary to chaos.

It is not gone happen. I never saw a player improving his consistency, no matter what, through tutoring or over the time. Don't waste time by tutoring in that case.
