Help for Level 10 Managers!

I have started a game with Halstead Town, from the bottom level possible.
I have signed a number of players from level 7 and level 8 reserve teams, and have started brightly, despite a whole new team.
Hope some of these players can help some of you guys out!

thanks very much for this, I am in level 10 as Birtley Town FC and the squad was shocking, Ive brought in a few players and just finished my last pre season game last night, I will be updating all my new signing on that thread tonight and also my performances!

Good luck with yours! It isnt easy and is frustrating! I will check out some of those players and thanks a lot for this!

No problem, stick at it as its too easy to be a bigger club.
Ill keep an eye out for how you do. (H)
 
thanks! ill keep an eye out on yours, Ive updated mine with my first 5 games of the season although no screen shots yet, I will add them soon though. Im sitting in a respectable 6th so far which isnt too bad. I still havent had time to look around all your signing for someone to help me out espcially attacking and striker wise which is where im really struggling

actually the list of players or screen shot of them seems to have disappeared? any idea if it can be reposted or where it has gone? thanks
 
thanks very much, ill have a look at them tonight and see what i can find. have you started a thread for your game, how you getting on with it?
 
i was afc liverpool in level 10 and managed to get some loans from liverpool and everton needless to say im walked my way to level 9 but ive lost motivation for it as it was so easy before.
 
maybe helped with your connections as between merseyside clubs to the club you were, ive tried from all the relatively big local clubs to who i am but none of them are interested, the clubs accept the loan offers but the players reject it. it is kind of annoying

Why lose motivation because it's now harder? That makes no sense to me. I get bored with the game when it's to easy. If it's not challenging then there's no point in playing.
 
I couldnt agree more! The challenge and struggling with nothing makes it all the more fun. I am not saying it isnt stressful or frustrating watching your team be unable to do anything as they are so poor or lose stupid goals and make stupid mistakes, but for me anyway it makes me try even more to sort it out. maybe there arent many people with that kind of mentality.

I'm with you there. To many people want fast food football manager, an instant fix.

I'm always screaming at my players when they make stupid mistakes and they do all the time. But then there are moments of magic.
