Managing under 21's?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to take control of a under 21 national side whilst still managing a championship team. If so how do I do this?

it is possible, i have done this but i was offered the job as under 21's, its quite fun to. i managed to win the european championships, never lost a match in 30 matchs in charge

Just apply for the U21 Job, and don't quit from your nomal team.

Or, when you start a new one, pick the english national team, take u/21 and "Lead team".

If one of the u21 coaches gets fired you should be able to apply for the job by clicking on the nation, then the u21 tab then apply for job.

Yeh you can't declare intrest you have to apply

Some Under-21 teams have managers, but most don't.
Of course teams like England have good managers all round. They won't let you apply.
But you can easily get a job with say.. Ivory Coast U-21s or something. Just flip through the nations and take your pic and apply. You will most likely get the job.. I managed England U-21s in 2014. I wouldnt recommend going into young national managing, its very boring, and you always get spanked by Spain and Brazil, the wonderkid nations.

I managed to manage both Wolves and England U21's. Add manager to england main team. Sack the under 21 manager then approach yourself to become the under 21 manager and accept. Abit of a cheat way to get the job, but if you really want it then do that.

I'm currently managing both totenham and england U21s. I got a message saying "england under 21s looking for new manager." then i just right clicked england under 21s then clicked apply for job. a couple of days later they approached me. i would recomend doing it its quite fun. by the way i had to work up a bit of a reputation to get the job, as i was on my fourth season and had world class reputation.

I know what you mean. I've had U21 jobs galore come up on my news screen but when i've right clicked on them, there is no option to apply for job. Even going into the U21 screen, there is no option there either.

I've also had many messages saying the job is free for vairious U21 teams. but this and ireland are the only ones ive been able to apply for. i think its got to be a country were it is possible to manage the national team. but im not really an expert in international management so i dunno
