Need Help

So I have let my assistant take charge of an away game and a home game and both times he won. So I've been using his formation yet I cant get the instructions right, anyone have any good ideas?

Figure out how you intend on playing. Maybe add an instruction or two based on that, BUT ONLY add if you actually need an instruction.
