What players can make you some serious money given a year or two..

My best one to date was the signing of Otamendi for 5.75 from Velez first season and selling him for 25million to Man City 2 years later.. 20million profit pure profit!

Who can make me some money, I am in my second season on a new save with Villa and have 15million to spend on a player that can make me some cash..
 
Marco Verratti (Wouldnt recomend selling him tho)
Peter Masilela(bought him for around 500k, few season later sold him to Aston Villa for 10M)
Robert Lewandowski(bought him for 1.9M, now his worth around 12M)
thats all i can remember now.
 
just sign youngster, there value always increases.
 
Veratti, Yaya Sanogo (Auxerre) and James Rodriguez (can'tt remember which team but he's Colombian). Though once I buy these lads I don't sell them till their 30-odd

James Rodrigues plays for Banfield at the start of the game.

I also agree that if you sign any good youngster, his value will increase and you can sell him for a lot of money.

I bought Tinga for 2.1mil in the first season, and sold him at the start of the second season for 20mil to Man City.
 
di maria, you can get him for around 4.7M, and after a couple of seasons, you can sell him for A LOT more than that...but i wouldn't do that cuz he becomes awesome
 
man city are idiots on fm they'll buy anyone, Serhiy Kryvtsov, i have had good success with him cheap at the start of a game

 
if im a small club i try and sign as many frees as possible and then sell them on in the same window, or the next if they reject offers from other clubs.

i always make sure i get bac at least the amount i paid them in signing on fees. this can be a good way to make money
 
Personally, I never buy to make more money..
But as Jake said it works to get players for free and then sell them later on^^)
 
Vegard Forren is a good investment. You get him for about 1.1 - 1.3M at the start, and can sell him for around 10M one or two years later.

Regens are the way forward mate! especially in yoru 2nd season, I have a regen I got for 60k, now worth 7mill, another one i got for 100k, worth 6mill. If you look around when the regens get produced you can normally pick up a few money making gems.
 
To be honest... what Scott said is basically true.

The value of youth players tends to increase, and how dramatic the increase is depends mainly on their potential and how well they have improved by undergoing your training regime.

Buy youth players and aim to sell them in 2-3 seasons time and you'll make a fortune. Unfortunately this is a long-term way of keeping your finances looking good.
 
i agree with the guys above about James Rodrigues heres what hes done for me with my portsmouth team and all for just 2mil and he's now worth 8.25mil and a good hint is to look at the transfer list alot and sign cheap players like i get michael dawson and joe hart never sell them but always get offered 10mil odd for them and ive sold diaby for 9.25mil when he was only 3mil and jo for 3.3mil and got 10mil for him, cant get rid of that pic sorry p.s i think James Rodrigues would be worth more but he torn his calf muscle 5 games in to my fourth season

Also look out for when a contract is going to expire screen shot perfect example all free's
 
I can usually get a profit on any player I buy. Best was Abelairas(River) bought for 2.5m, sold to VIllarreal for 22.5m, straight up 20m profit after 1 season.

A regen is a generated player on the game! They are not real and are created at the start of each new season and appear in teams youth academies!

They are random so they will be different in every game!

They have to be created because after 10 years most of the current players will have retired!
