Not done a story for a while but here goes,,
So,basically I holidayed the first season( I sometimes prefer to start in the 2nd) and was looking for a decent challenge such as keeping a promoted team up etc. This is when I came across Everton, who finished 9th in the first season. My aim is to break the top 5 this season, then top 3 and then Champions! I would also like to add I am already halfway through but instead of updating six-months in one post I will do a bit at a time.Updates coming soon:)Please comment and follow

Because I set my expectations to "Top Half Finish" which should be pretty easy! I got £17M budget and 800k for my wages. This for me wasn't enough to really strengthen my squad and push on for success so I decided to offload a few star players.
Mikel Arteta went to Barcelona for £26M which I thought was a good deal.
John Heitinga left for Bayern Munich for £8M
Phil Jagielka also departed to Sunderland for £9M
Louis Saha also was released on a free as well as a fair amount of youngsters whilst Dan Gosling left for Villa for £2M.This is just a quick screenie of the first season Premiership table

Wow.... Shocker selling Arteta because in my second season with everton he finished with 17 goals and over 20 assists, i was getting offers of over 30 million from man city

But still good luck (Y)

Through my sales I managed to raise £47M which I add a little onto my wage budget. Now I had the foundations to really start to strengthen Everton.
3.7.2010-Nicolas Burdisso joins Everton on free transfer from Inter
4.7.2010-Steven Taylor leaves troubled Newcastle for the Toffee's in a deal worth £5 million
4.7.2010-Phillipe Senderos also joins Everton for around £2.3 million

New manager Charlie Overton has this to say about his first three signings " I feel we have done very well to capture these three defenders. This was an area which needed to be stronger after the departure of Heitinga and Jagielka"
More transfer news to come as my deals aren't done yet(H) Just going to have my tea

Wow i said selling arteta was a mistake but some great transfers there, 3.7.2010-Nicolas Burdisso joins Everton on free transfer from Inter << Probably my best signing as i signed him on my everton season, didint play much but done well when he did. Gutted that season crashed :(

Thanks Callum13 a lot of clubs were after Burdisso so very pleased I snapped him up!
6.7.2010-Brazilian legend Ronaldo signs from Corinthians for around £4.8 million
8.7.2010-Everton snap up towering striker Kevin Kuranyi on a free.
13.7.2010-The Toffee's sign Guinean Pascal Feindouno for approx £2.3 million.
After being asked about these signings the new boss had this to say " After investing in our ailing defence I felt I had to improve our attacking options"
Amazingly Overton's spending spree was not quite finished ,more updates to follow

My results from August here,,I am very pleased with our first month back in competitive form. The fantastic win against Chelsea being the highlight of the league month. We were very good in front of goal as well as in defence. It looks like the new arrivals are paying off!(H) September results are on their way. Please comment if your following

I also dipped into the transfer market once again, this time for a certain younger Brazilian striker not dissimilar to the already arrived Ronaldo.

Thanks Allah and Kieran.I like you too Allah and tell your ruthless mummy that Fm is far more important;)
