BLIMEY, you sold Baines AND Peanuts.......... 2 of Everton's best players

I replaced Pienaar with a better player in Fernando Gago and made a profit. Since Everton's debts are so large, I have to do that sort of thing. I aim to bring in a new left back on the cheap, any recommendations, also plan to raid Rangers for Danny Wilson & John Fleck, 2 stars of the future.
I also sold my backup midfielder Leon Osman and replaced him with Nigel Quashie, making a £3.5m profit <)
Only just missed out on Maarten Martens

First Competitive Game Vs Wigan

Wigan Athletic 0-1 Everton

Kris Boyd winner in the 6th minute, slamming home a rebound.

Second Game, losing at half time in Europa League, 1-0 down to Ukranian minnows Vorskla, rung the changes at half time, with Kris Boyd spearheading a 3 man attack with Louis Saha & Yakubu. Finally got the equalizer on the 81st minute through Yakubu, thanks to a good through ball from Kris Boyd.

Everton Complete Raul Deal

Everton have finally tied up the signing of Brazilian wonderkid Raul from C Atletico Paranaense. The 19 year old cost the Merseyside club £3.7m and has been labelled as the next Cafu.

Everton have also completed the signing of promising Scottish youngster Mark McNulty from Livingston for an undisclosed fee, early signs showing that he is following in wonderkid Leigh Griffiths footsteps.

McNulty

Everton have also tabled a bid for team-mate Andy Halliday

You sold Baines for £3.5m... oO) No offence but that's a bad deal and a silly piece of business. You can get atleast £10m for him..

I've had a bid of £13.5 million from Real Madrid for Baines in my 1st season - As if i would sell him though, he's a quality player

Everton 1-1 Wolves

(Rodwell 24, Halford 85)

Another below par result, lead for most of the game but then an absolute scorcher from Greg Halford equalized late on. Slumped to 12th in the league after 5 games. Have Valencia in the Europa League. Will change formation in bid to win more games.

Everton 0-1 Villarreal

(Pires)

Another disappointing result here although I can take some positives out of the game, I should have taken the lead with 2 good chances in the first half, first Kris Boyd rounded the goalkeeper and laid it back on a plate for Cahill to fire wide. Cahill came close again a few mins later, ramming a volley against the post.
Former Arsenal winger Robert Pires scored for Villarreal on the 38th minute after tapping in a Cani pass, route one goal I should have defended better. Only way is up!

Chelsea 2-0 Everton

(Cole, Drogba)

Talk about throwing players in at the deep end, after signing Mark McNulty, a 17 year old from Livingston, I gave him a dream debut, starting up front with Kris Boyd at Stamford Bridge, with me playing a rare 2 strikers. After Louis Saha's poor run of form, he had to be dropped. Two goals in the last 10 mins from Ashley Cole and Didier Drogba secured a win. This season is going to be much harder than I expected. Play Arsenal next in the cup.

Yay finally an everton story this is like the first everton story I've ever seen. Keep it up your

Someone like Otamendi (buy now for 5-6 million) with value going up to 20 million by season 3 would be a brilliant purchase. He would come as #1 CB for Everton in season 1 and only get better.

Finally some Joy!

Everton 2-1 Arsenal

(Cahill pen, Gallas OG, Van Persie)

Everton have knocked Arsenal out of the League Cup after a glorious 2-1 victory at home to Arsenal. The toffees took the lead on the 25th minute through a Tim Cahill penalty after Gael Clichy fouled Kris Boyd in the area, which resulted in a yellow card for the French defender. Everton were the better side for much of the half before Robin Van Perie slammed a free kick into the back of the net, seconds before the half time whistle.
At the start of the second half, Everton got back into full throttle and pummeled Arsenal for much of the second half and they finally got their reward on the 84th minute as Kris Boyd's goal bound strike came off the boot of William Gallas and Everton managed to hold out for the final minutes and as the final whistle went, the Evertonians were jubilant as the historic win was secured.

Tottenham 1-2 Everton

Everton's league form showed signs of recovery as they picked up all 3 points against Harry Redknapp's Tottenham. Everton took the lead as in-form Tim Cahill squeezed home a shot from a tight angle. Peter Crouch equalized on the 59th minute with a trademark header and Everton secured the win with 16 minutes left on the clock as substitute Louis Saha tapped home Kris Boyd's angled pass.

I am Everton too and finished 7th in 1st season. not bad considering transfer money and injuries. got to semis of both league cup and fa cup. Also bought Kris boyd for 2.5mil and was the premier league "best signing" and sold baines to man city for 10.5mil!!! Great game so far and a use an out and out 4-3-3 formation!!!
