Is it possible to build a new stadium or do you have to wait until the chairman says he wants to or something?

wait for the chairman but they usualy happen when you have ALOT of money, selling out every week and has reaaches maxium expansion

I have had a maximum expansion for a couple of seasons and I'm at Man City, with a lot of money.. so will it eventually happen?

I Have been waiting 11 seasons for a new stadium with Manchester City year after year i fill the place 59000 plus and sell around 42000 season tickets, The stadium can't be expended due to lack of space and seeing as im soooo super duper rich i would have imagined they would have built a new stadium by now.

Only team i have seen with a new stadium on my save is Chelsea who moved to the Zola Arena no bullshit lol.

As anyone seen any other teams have stadiums built ?

had another built once named McCall Arena for Bradford City but other than that nope, wish they was the 'request stadium expansion' would change into 'request new stadium' after theres no more room :/
