Help needed Spurs

I am new to FM, and I started managing my favorite club, Tottenham Hotspur. And I'am trying to do my best, but it didn't really worked out. I've played 7 matches, 3 won, 3 loss, 1 due. Can someone help me to start up with this is team? I already bought a few potential players for my team.

No one can really help if they have no idea what your tactical setup is and what problems you're having.
 
My Dutch isn't the best. What are the roles for your AML/AMR players? Are they Inside Forwards or Wingers?

Looking at the role and duty setup, your flanks are very attacking. This will leave large gaps down both flanks and it'll pull the 3 remaining players at the back to pieces in the transition.

The TIs are more of a worry too. Can you go through each instruction and explain exactly why it is selected?

Keeper - Sweeper Keeper, defend
Full Back - Right, attack
Central Defender - Centre right, stopper
Central Defender - Centre left, cover
Full Back - Left, attack
Deep Lying Playmaker - Centre, defend
Central Midfield - Centre right, attack
Central Midfield - Centre left, support
Inside forward - Right, attack
Inside forward - Left, attack
Deep Lying Forward - Centre, support

I made this, because Spurs told me I need to get ball possession, and attacking. So I made this and hoped it worked, and the others I made was even worse.
 
The only issue as far as roles and duties, is that your flanks are very open. I'd possibly question the need for a CM/A if you have a forward dropping into that space and IFs attacking the box.

There are issues with your TIs, imo, which is why I asked the question.
