Player wants to leave and has given me an Ultimatum to win trophies !

My GK Rulli has won every trophy there is under me and has now said they only way he will stay is to win trophies , But he has everything already , Real madrid are interested but he has now said he will stay as long as we win trophies , and i am sure i will do .

Is this a Bug in the game ?

Maybe it is the prospect of joining a club like Real that has caused this (I guess you just have to look at Ronaldo from Man U to Real), but I guess it means this season, so this season if you win enough trophies I reckon it would prevent him from leaving, all you can do is try to win as many as possible and hope he considers sigining a new contract.

I wouldn't say this is a bug, just saying he will stay as long as you win enough to give him a reason to stay. It won't take in past trophies because maybe he feels in this season you won't win as much, or at least that is how I'd see it.

Happened with Rafinha in my save. I promised Champions League trophy which I failed to deliver, he wanted to leave. I said no. He wanted to leave sooo badly. I said no. Man.City knocked on the door with a 83M offer for him. I said yes.

Seriously, be careful with that, 'cos if you don't keep what you promise could have an effect on the whole team.
