The Genie Scout is now available for the 10.3 patch.

Quick facts / Changelog:

- Fixed loading errors (v1.11)
- Added 10.3 patch support (v1.1)
- Fixed few insignificant errors (v1.1)
- Added ability to search within shortlist (v1.0)
- Adjusted rating and feet bonus coefficients (v1.0)
- Updated tactical formations list (v1.0)
- Fixed 'Cannot allocate the DIB handle' error and more loading bugs (v1.0)
- Added support of compressed save games (RC 2)
- Rating calculation profile was made from scratch according to the
new FM tendencies (RC 2)
- Potential ability calculation algorithm was modified, now it's more
complex and more accurate (PA that can reach player depends on his
age, position, ambition, professionalism and determination) (RC 2)
- Added progress rate of player that represents how fast player will
develop in standard conditions (RC 2)
- The scout is slightly rebranded changed FM Genie Scout 2010 (XE) to just FM Genie Scout 10. (RC 1)
- Staff training rating system was adjusted to a ten-point system. (RC 1)

There are a few bugs still to be fixed, but otherwise, this is the finished article.

To my knowledge there are two versions; the 115, and 116, the last one is bug free I think. The first one only worked with games created on 10.2 and played over to 10.3
 
Don't use genie scout but looks good
 
Supposingly alot of people are having trouble running it according to their forum, just gave it a scanning over, looks like it doesn't work for alot of people still and the advice to get it to work is donate and get the Ad free version.

I used it when I had 1.1, but haven't used/updated it since, and by the look of how buggy it is, I doubt I will update it either, starting to find it more fun finding regens on my own with no idea how they will turn out :)

Funny.
But seriously Ive downloaded around 7 or 8 versions now and as everyone on here plays fm someone must have had this problem.
I open the folder, double click the program and I get a windows "not responding" message.
Help?

Update your Microsoft .NET framework to at least 3.5
 
guys,i'm trying to load my game but when i do it,it says something about language database...what i should do??
 
it keeps giving me the 1.1 update. is this the right one for most recent fm?
