Improve manager abilities

Well I'd like to know if my managerial abilities, in the game, improve, and if it does, how does it happen?
Stuff like tactical knowledge and so on!

yes they improve, and they improve over the course of every season:) to view your attributes go to the litle drop down menu that has your name as the heading, manager overview, and then the tab 'profile' :)
 
thanks dude, is there anything I can do, but editing, to make it happen faster?

I started over, unemployed, and got Metalist from Ukraine by the mid of the season, got them from 9th to 4th, which was the best, mathematically speaking, position they could make, and even got to the 2nd phase of the UEFA Euro Cup, in addition to bringing the Ukranian Cup title... can anyone tell me how long it will probably take 'till I can make it to a big club? Not the best ones, sth around Schalke 04, Bayern München, Roma, Sevilla or so.

Well that depends on hidden attributes, i think?? And of course if you don't do well, then you won't get there.
 
you could download the FM real time editor, and edit your attributes:) although your ability to get big job offers is partially down to your managers past experience in the game:) ie. reputation in the game:) the best way to build it up is just to try and move from A to B instead of tryin the jump from A to C:)
 
talking of checking things, has anyone ever checked there total career earnings?
 
go to manager overview, then on the tabs thats like overview, profile news and messages etc, go to the last one history, and then read through it, tells you a lot of interesting information ;)
 
well now I'm curious, can I see these hidden attributes of mine somehow?
 
nah mate theres no hiddin attributes, the ones you see on your profile plus your reputation are all you have to work with im afriad;) your reputation is probably a bigger factor than most of your attributes:L

well, anyway, I use the FMRTE to check my improvement and stuff like that, and I've realized my reputation is actually descending even though I keep winning stuff. Man, this sucks :/
 
what did you put your starting reputation at:)? like when you created your manager you got to choose your starting past experience:)?
