Database size to find regens

Hi guys

Ive tried looking everywhere for this but I cant find an answer.

How much better does it make the game for finding good new young players if I make the top league of each nation playable?

Is it worth it, or is having a large database with just England as playable good enough as I know it will reduce performance significantly but it should still be ok

I found it hard to find good regens everyseason in past games but should this increase the number I can find massively?

you can find good players in any league, although I find a large db including irish leagues you can always find a gem of a player
