U cant, its hardcoded. You could just give yourself more cash, and reduce wage with the IGE or Pregame but remove, no.

It was possible it last years game football manager 2015 with FM editor 2015. I have looked on the internet but there isn't FM editor 2016 anywhere.

There is the pregame editor in steam, The Ingame editor from SI, and the FMRTE Editor all out for 16 already.

I dont think you can remove them from the whole game but you can rebuild/customise a nation to change that countries requirements to meet it.

You can actually remove it with the editor, but you need to convert it to advanced rules first then click the nation on the list and then in under match rules, select a rule and you can delete them from there. This is only for leagues FFP, I don't know about Champions League FFP.
