How do people get all these world class players by the second season?

Like when people go
"I am in the second season, i have Adler,Bale,Mertesacker,Vidic,Srna,Modric,De Rossi,Kaka,Gourcouff,Torres and Cardozo"

Surely there is some editing going on somewhere?
