Manchester City ask the Premier League if they can sign a goalkeeper on an emergency loan deal after Shay Given dislocated a shoulder against Arsenal.

they do have that young keeper though who can play so why should they be allowed to sign a keeper

Have they a youngster they can use. Injuries are part of the game and they should have a big enough squad to deal with these situations.

its not fair to their keepers they do have. imagine if you are 1 of them and your club would rather loan in a player than try you. its a disgrace and what would be the point in having these keepers.

We had two keepers out at once, we didn't ask to bring in one on loan. Suck it up and get on with it.

same with chelsea we had cech and hilario out at one stage this season yeah it was only for a short wile but so will man citys time without main keepers only 2 games

they are the Richest club in the world, you should have a big enough squad to deal with this type of crisis! its kak, no clubshould not be allowed to sign any players out of the transfer window ever! only on free transfers! if they do this, Portsmouth must play Europa next season damnit!!!!!

We should loan them Harper now we are already champs ;)

I really hope that we offer them a deal.

We send Joey Hart back for the last two games, as it doesn't really matter to us anymore.

But request his services for next season, by sending him back for good will ;)

hahaha, thats a good idea Dunc, (well i would say that if we (Manchester United) were in this predicament) :D but we not, so City must suffer, they want to loan one of the best Gk in the Premier League out for a season (Joe Hart, he has my exact surname too ;)) they must deal with the consequences!

if Joe does not start at no.1 for the World Cup here in SA, Capello is an ***! Joe Hart all the way!!!!

he wont be number 1 just because he hasent got the expierence yet. but he should be englands number 1 after the wc thats a definate, that will give him 2 years untill the next major tournement.

Raikan007 i totally agree!

At times i wish he didn't impress so much this season, so we could buy him, now he seems to be getting too good for us XD

Understandable request. Would not shock me if they offered Birmingham some sort of deal to cancel hart's loan.

cant they use the sub keeper who kept a clean sheet against arsenal?

If that was the case, then the likes of Phil Jagielka would go in goal for Everton XD

that kid is totally unheard of really, no premiership experience, and only had to play a short part of one game.

to go for 4th with a keeper like that is suicidal!

yeah but he is a Gk though, who knows, he could be the next big thing for City if he has the last two games games for them and plays well??? ;)

Ye maybe he could do it, and his price tag could go through the roof!

Orrr he could be an almighty flop ending Man Citys challenge for the top 4 lol.

Its more of a risk than loaning someone or us sending Joe back to them

They've got a youngster they can play, so i think it's a disgrace if they can do so.
