Forgive me if there is a thread! Just had a quick search and couldn't see one. Thought the site might need one soon ;)

Just hearing Benzema is not going to be in the France squad. Huge player not to be there!
 
Don't think there is a thread mate sure we start a thread every tourney, Yeah Benzema is a huge loss for France because not only because is he a good finisher he can play make like a number 10. Disgraceful what he has done though, not likehe is short of money either cannot get my head round it. Fancied France to win it on home soil too but this is mega loss for the hosts

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous any football player from a top league would need money.

France still have a very good squad and quite well balanced really. Got some great players to choose from in midfield.

They could go Diarra, Pogba and Kante for an all action mid, or throw in Cabaye, Coman and Payet! Plenty of others in that mid too

Yeah they will just miss Benzema up front a lot there are not a lot strikers with his ability, tbh I am still not sure why Madrid was even contemplating selling. He is a great foil for Bale and Ronaldo, as he would have been for Greizmann and one of Coman/Martial/Payet. That squad is ridiculously talented though and they still may well win it.

Yeah even when he isn't the goal scorer he is almost always involved right before a goal. Plus he also scores a good amount himself. Definitely one of the most consistent strikers over the last few years.

I like a lot of the France players but don't want them to win it haha.

Shame Holland didn't make it
 
Absolutely rooting for Wales, my home country. I think we'll progress through the groups but not get any further than that. I'd also like to see Iceland do well :)

Born in England, lived in wales for 24 of my 27 years so yeah I'm hoping wales do well, just not as well as England haha

England Vs Wales for the final ;)
 
Seeing talk the Welbeck is out for 9 months. He's deffo not going to be in the England team then!

One less average player on the plane then. Only kidding hope he makes a quick recovery was looking decent before he got injured.
 
I'll be amazed if we can make it out of the group, especially since our nemesis Germany is there.
 
Italy squad pretty uninspiring....

Eder on ***** form has been picked as well as Immobile but no Pavoletti.
 
Stuttgart's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton didn't make it to Poland's Euro squad.

I am dissapoint.
 
Was wondering which of the smaller teams might surprise this tournament. Can't really think of any other teams than Croatia or Belgium. I hope Iceland will do well :)
