Direct and Short Passing Team Instructions

Hi

I am wondering if anyone can help.

I am fairly new to FM16 and I am looking for some tactical assistance.

I am looking for some advise on how to setup Team Instructions and Mentality etc...to play a short passing and Direct Passing game on FM.

I have been mixing up my tactics between 4-1-2-3-1 Wide and 4-2-3-1 Wide.

I am picking up hints and tips all of the time but I am just looking to try and get some advice on how you setup.

If you want to see a short passing play then you use "Low Tempo", "Short Passing" and "Retain Possession" Team Instructions
