i Play a narrow 4-4-2 diamond and he's not good enough to be a striker, so i decided to makew hima RB since i use extremely offensive wingbacks. i've been training him and playing him there for 2 months and he's still got no rating at that position. I know it depends on adaptability and all but let's pretend like it's 10, how long until he's accomplished?

Also how important it is to have accomplished or Natural? Because he's havig great performances at Wingback, obviously not playing him there against the likes of United or City, but he's still getting assists and great games in general

I find that if a player has good attributes for the role you want to play him in, it doesn't matter how well adapted they are to a certain position. I'm currently playing Keisuke Honda at LWB and he is performing great

That's what i feel too. I never go a full save without making some player who doesn't fit my tactics actually fit in and they always perform whenever they play out of position

I he had no rating at all for RB when you started to train him then I think it might take one or two seasons for him to get "Accomplished" rating there

I've been playing Willian at right-wingback for a season & he now has an 'orange rating in the position. But he is superb! Seriously superb. His energy, crossing etc make him perfect. I admit he has had a few below average game but he is generally a real star of the highlights. And gets a good rating more often than not.

In my team he has developed to be Wingback in one year, but at 6-month he was already pretty decent
