Intakes

From the 3 intakes I've had so far I've only had one player of huge promise come through the ranks:

With my facilities as they are and my HOYD as he is can I do anything else to support the intakes myself or do I just need to be patient?

Depends how you are reading the potential, are you just looking at the higher star kids? have a look at the stats yourself, ignore the scout for the first look/signing decision.

I always look at the initial scout report, personality and the actual attributes before deciding on what their potential role in the team could be. Seems like patience is required here and it's solely that we just aren't producing high quality players right now.

Does seem alot more pot luck this year. The quality has been pretty random for me when holiday testing some created datebases.. Ohhh but when you get that gem

youth recruitment - well established, this is what decides youngsters PA if I remember correctly,
junior coaching you got real good, that relates to youngsters CA.

Is it possible to increase from Well Established? I don't seem to have the option from the board ever.

I find it pure luck with youth intakes. One year I remember I was Plymouth in league 2 and pulled a 192PA regen despite having awful facilities and recruitment. The only way to beat it is if you keep restarting your game the day befoe youth intake but that might be considered cheating though.
