I Created my own team and....

Now im starting in the coca cola league with basically a non existent transfer fund and very low wage budget. Any veterans got tips for this situation? I've played this game many years before but im always Arsenal so i wanted to get the real football manager experience.

What tactics should i use? long balls seeing as the highest rating i have is a 15 for speed, the rest are at an average of 6 =S

Recomended players?? Should i concentrate on staying up or build a young team from hereon etc etc
