Hi, I'm currently managing in La Liga and i'm in the 2nd season so i'm in the Champions League.

My questions are:

1) How often do you rotate for league games before and after Champions League fixtures?
2) What is the lowest fitness you actually start your player on?

My team seems to be 74-76% fitness by half time. I've not played FM in a few months so maybe forgetting a few things. La Liga you can only register for league games i think 21-22 players (might be incorrect as currently not on FM)

Any tips will be appreciated.

Try putting more rest days in training in between the matches.
