I have many world class regens in my Arsenal save, sadly most of them have odd set of skills. I need suggestion about how should I play them because I mainly used 4231 to fit Ozil-Sanchez-Oxlade/Iwobi-Dybala.

Wenger (DoF) bought from Austria (not Portugal, lol) for 10m which I gladly aprove when he was 18 years old. This monster cannot play twice a week, condition drop to below 60% even when he starts at 100%. I suspect he is the main culprit why teams like Huddersfield or something can score so many late goals against me. Bayern wants him, should I sell him for 75m and buy 100m CB with better natural fitness and composure?

The next Mourane Fellaini with better technical skills. First saw him in Shaktar Donesk in UCL against me, scout said he is key man, strangely, I realized that I paid 25m to Brazilian team few years later, he was on loan at Shakhtar back then. How do I make use of his aerial superiority? He is the replacement of Mesut Ozil but I think he didn't produce enough goals and assist. The best think about him is ability to make tight no-look killer balls, unfortunately it is not often.

3. Nicolas Allofs

The speed demon kid who helped Leverkusen to UCL semifinal. I needed Alexis Shancez replacement (Iwobi, Felipe Anderson, Jeff Reiner-Adelaide, and Reiss Nelson were not enough) so I bought him for 75m, my scout said he has the most stars in the market of AML. Should I change AML from IF to Winger? Will my team shape get better? I trained him to AMR with IF role but he didn't play well for that price tag. And if I play him AML Winger, I feel like his cross never meet the target.

4. Mourad Zaoui

Wow, just wow. 80m from Real Madrid after carrying France to win World Cup 2022. I play him as BWM because it is the most important position in my team and other positions are occupied. With that over the place skills, what should I do to not wasting this Macgyver?

Unlike other regens, he has perfect set of skills to play attacking midfielder. The idiot FC Porto let me had him for only 45m, I upload him so you can help me to do with other regens.

I am struggling in EPL because Manchester United is untouchable and irrelevant teams give me hard time regularly, I even download the best tactics internet can provide but it seems nothing can I do win EPL. ******* MU's Lewandowski scored 60 at the age of 33, and ******* Mourinho not even change his 4231 formation in 6 ******* years. I swear it is easier to win Champions League than EPL. I won it 4 ******* times.

Look at this ****:

I beat Manchester United 6-0 at home with newly downloaded 4231 tactics, and the next game lose 4-0 away at Manchester City with the same tactics. So, the problem is not tactics, it is my players. So, should I sells my superstar regens and buy well-established 30 years old dogs just like Mourinho?

This my team after 300 hours of one save:

Try tactic Demolisher >> you won't have any problem i swear :D

or Swinger in case if you like play with wingers

Jeff almost as good as Iwobi, but not better. Reiss Nelson was stagnan, three of them well-tutored by Alexis Sanchez. So I choose Iwobi.

Jeff, Bayern bought him 40m. I rejected Liverpool's 45m bid the year before because i thought he could be better.

Poor Reiss Nelson could not make it. My coaches said he was 4 stars player, but his stars decreased every year.

Iwobi, the best academy player so far. Never disappoint me. Perform in big games.

Stinger is "Inside Forward" tactic, not "Winger" tactic. My most expensive player (Allofs) is "Winger", I retrained him to AMR Inside Forward but he failed at "cut inside from right wing" training.

yes, sorry my bad. but anyway you should try this tactic at least a few matches, maybe it's will works, honestly, it will works for sure ;) i guess this 'cut inside from wing' won't me necessary at all.

Most good tactics in the internet are 3 CBs and 2 Wingbacks, some of them are even strikerless, which I'm not comfortable with. I think my problem is not only tactical, I won so many titles in the first 2-3 seasons using simple 4231 with a few instruction (mainly short passing and control mentality). I think my problems is players mentality (too many young players), it was not good regeneration from Alexis-Ozil era to regens era. Those ******* AI managers exploit my young players weakness in mentality, so many times they scored late goals to draw or even beat me. God knows how many times I smashed my computer.

Aliofs and Zauol look like they won't play well in that formation/role. I'd want to change the formation and tactics to something a little more simple as they don't seem to be getting it. They have amazing attributes, so something must work for them. I don't like using downloaded tactics because you can't replicate them exactly without having the same players. I find it better to find the best tactic for the team I have, or pick a tactic and find the right players for those roles.

With newgens, its easy to fall into the same trap as we often do with young prospects and wonderkids.... We buy based on what we see, rather than how what we see will fit into our tactical approach. Its what Real Madrid has done so often and what has often failed to work ideally. When those players are some of the best in the world, it may bear some fruit. But generally, its not an ideal manner of squad building.

I know this is a question about the players, but given that it connects to tactics.... Its not necessary about the age of the players. Do you make any effort to adjust later in a match? Because the tactic you posted doesn't look too defensively sound to me. You have 4 players who do little more than attack, and 3 other players who will be out of position quite a bit. I see that as being quite susceptible to counter attacks. Being too attacking and failing to provide adequate protection for your defense comes at a cost. Wenger has never learned that.

Be willing to adjust. Whether that means a less attacking formation for some big matches or adjusting to protect a lead. Something as simple as substituting your AMC for a DM for the last 30 minutes would add some defensive stability, whether the role is an actual holding player or still something like a DLP. Pull your two wide forwards back into the MC strata, where they add more defensive stability. And it doesn't even mean you can's still be effective in attack - pulling things back can sometimes help because you open up more space for your players to use, but also helps defensively since you aren't as liable to get countered. Given the strength of your team and the reputation the side has, you will be seeing a lot of low block formation that will look to exploit you on the counter. You are playing into that to some degree.

On the players...

Zaoui - don't like him as a BWM because he lacks Aggression. a BMW can also leave you defensively exposed because he will chase. that's not a bad thing by itself, but if he runs off chasing, it can leave acres of space in the middle beside your DLP and expose your defenders.

Allofs - winger vs IF shouldn't come down to him, but moreso how it fits your tactic. He probably makes a better winger, but putting crosses into the box is only effective if you have players there capable of winning them. Dybala is... but as a Treq, that's not really his role.

Souza - does his condition get ridiculously low in matches? His Stamina isn't bad, so that shouldn't be the case. The Natural Fitness more means he won't recover as quick, but central defenders shouldn't be running 15 KM in a match anyway. Don't just blame someone for the late goals - analyze where they are coming from and find solutions.
