Corner kicks : MCR or MCL

2 strikers switch position each other.
2 wide midfielders switch position each other.
so you don't need to check their favorite foot.

No OI's

general team training : let your assistant manager work for payment
match prep. : usually 'att. movement' but if you buy some players, train 'teamwork' about first 1 month.
or just training you want. (It affects little I think)

U took champions with 442 season????omg ....definitely gonna try it......

Any chance you can put some screens with players in english???

sorry.. I use a editor data file that fixed players name to korean.

In that match with Schalke, I use Callum Wilson, Benik Afobe, Max Gradel, Harry Arter, Luis Cook, Jordon Ibe, Charles Daniels, Steven Cook, Eduardo Goldaniga, Simon Francis, Asmir Begovic

go go ~
442 tactic is so dynamic.
one last question...i always play with underdog...maybe if i change mentality from control to something else will effect tactic?or leave it control

well, maybe Standard helps. but start with control, change it to standard or counter during match, if you lose ball possession.

I first read this 'so you don't need to check their favorite foot' as 'so you don't need to check their favorite food'

No? Just me...

kkkkkk ok, sorry my poor expression.

Tested with mancity, pretty average results

What the ****....why poor results??in my save i am third with nantes and i won pari 2-0..without any transfer...i will finsih my season and i will post results..just w8 to be familiar with the tactic...when i finish i ll post..maybe tommorow so be patient

sorry guys. maybe this has wide variation of results by the squad.
my Bournemouth squad was really good at this tactic.

but there would be some teams that are not compatible with this. maybe it cuz of prefered-movement, or just not fit.

Maybe this tactic is more useful if u play with an underdog team

4-4-2 inconsistent in this version.

I would like to say my own experience with 4-4-2. It is really a very tricky formation. You never know if it will help you or it will betray you. I think that the team that we have mkes a tactic good or bad. In this example if someone does not have wingers who can addapt in the WM role there is great chance that he will struggle in attact. Also if you don't have middfielders which are strong tall and nood not only in their attact duties but in their defensive ones as well your team will be surely exposed a lot in defence. In my current save I try playing a 4-4-2 tactic which has a lot of similarities with this one. I managed to get some big wins but then my best forward and my best left winger got injured for three months (broke their ankle). After that the tactic did not seemed to work so well (for example I managed to win Tottenham 3-1 in an away match and then lost 3-0 with Newcastle in the next home match).
Last but not least I find it very hard to believe that someone can create a unbeatable tactic (something that was happening in older FM versions). The trick is to constantly addapt game by game (with small or big twicks). In my oppinion we have to have three different formations (dependes of our players best role that are given by our assistant) in order to be able to beat the ME which seems to become smarter and smarter in each FM.
