Problems With Line Up!

I have just started my new season with Leeds , i have had problems collecting points and its know november and i 11th, 6 points a drift of play off's, I am wondering if there is any speacial talk's or side line shoutings i need to use,

I still have all the leeds players with extra players

Gary Mcsheffery - Loan Birmingham
Gary Hooper - 1.4M From Scunthorpe United
Ryhs Murphy - 1.8M From Arsenal
Marco Verratti - 250k From Pescara
Jay Emannuel-Thomas - 1.2M From Arsenal
Marcus Williams - 100K From Scunthorpe United
Jeremy Helan - 600K From Man City
Craig Eastmond - Loan Arsenal
Jordan Spence - 900k West Ham

I have made money from loan's, i let Beechio go to scunthorpe on loan and other players to make money...

Any ideas on players......

2. get a parent club make some key loan signings
3. get becchio back
