Yup very similar to maldini can't tackle... but anyway ive just spend fully testing Maldinis can't tackle tweak for half season season with Newcastle (media prediction 15) ITS exat formation im just made away version and tried to made it for more underdogs... (used ingame editor) so tactic fluid and no injuries... what ive learned that 424 is just for very big teams... couse its attacking formation (even if you use counter mentality) it worked very well with small opponents but when ive got big opponents 4 losses straight away! so i am pretty shure its will be the same with with this formation... sorry my friend no offense but these kind of tactics just for man citys, real madrids and stuff... defo not gonna work for very small teams

I think they look alike in some functions but it's obvious if you want to play with this formation makes sense to use some. apart of that its a tactic my aproach with sassuolo and that is what im sharing. it's a bit lacking in respect for someone who's sharing something
