which players to add and remove to arsenal

i started managing arsenal some few months ago but now i am starting to think i dont have that depth and lethal squad to take me top and even win ucl. i am thinking of offloading mediocre players. i was thinking of offloading theo walcott, francis coq, welbeck and elneny. i will loan out holding and chambers. in return, i want to buy quality players expecially from the defence. any words of advice?

Elneny is a solid squad player, performs well in any CM role and provides solid enough cover for CB.
