Hi All.

Have perfected this 4-3-3 - Have played FM for so many years, but have never taken a team at the bottom of the football league all the way to the very top. Below is how I have done it - I created a 5 year plan to get into the premier league. Changed my team quickly and efficiently to get up the leagues quickly. Screen shots and the tactics file below.

I have tried this with multiple teams and it does work - you have to settle your players into the positons. Allow your assitant to handle training and tactical briefings. Dont tweak it at all - the tactic will work regardless of the FM update.

Can you give us more details of players needed on each role? Left or right foot? Trainging, Prep-match? OI? Preferred Moves?

this tactic does definitely not get enough credit I'm currently in my 3rd season with HSV Hamburg and I'm doing rather well View attachment 58209View attachment 58208View attachment 58207 As you can see 1 title 1 runner up and am currently 2nd again in the 2nd season I got to last 8 of champions league loosing to real madrid on away goals its worth more people having a try with it in my opinion
 
is this the tactic you used in the lower leagues? as I remember you posting a 4-1-3-2 thanks in advance

Do you leave everything to *** Manager and do you play the same home and away?
 
Can you tell us more about the players? What players suit what positions? 2030 team full of probably world class regens doesn't give us much to go off
