Got a bit of situation I cant work out here.

At start of season expectations, Board says no transfer revenue will be made available in the budget. That's OK, we are Debt-Ridden and Cash-strapped according to the press.

According to my calculations, total player wages out of the budget leaves me with $4,000 available. According to my board, I am spending $3,000 pw more on wages and only have $1,000 in the budget.

Having agreed a transfer out, the email confirmation says "The Board have agreed that $22k will be added to the transfer budget on completion of the deal" but it never appears. This is the second time a transfer fee hasn't appeared in the budget.

IS my financial officer ripping us off? Dodgy backroom staff skimming off the club?

Currently, my measure of financial success is the size of the Director's cash injections into club funds - they are getting smaller somewhat.
