I am about to start my 4th season with Blackburn. I won back to back promotions in my first two seasons. Then, in my first season in the prem I exceeded expectations massively and came 9th!
I have kept my wages fairly low up until this point, my highest paid player only earns £38k. I would like to keep my wages relatively low this season and maybe have a highest paid player of around £60k a week.
I have been given a budget of £74m and need to improve my defence in particular to maintain a mid-table spot.
The problem is, all of the players I'm interested in don't want to come to Blacburn.
Any suggestions or advice? Desperate for a strong CB and RB.
