Transfers for Vanarama division clubs

Hi. I'm midway in my first season with FC United of Manchester.
I find it hard to know which players to get, as all stats but a few are grey.
Which stat-category (technical, mental, physical) is the most important one for lower league players?

My scouts aren't that good yet, and I neither trust them or agree with them on all of their player reports.

Lower league players I tend to lean towards the physicals, Determination is always good to have though.

If you are finding the attributes mostly grey, if you go to Preferences and find 'Skin Colours' you can adjust the colours for Poor, Average and Good. I find setting the thresholds here according to the league I am in helps identify the better attributes.
