Hello everybody.

This is my Bradford City story as you may already of guessed lol.
About me: I am 14 years old, from Warwick, England and am a season ticket holder at Birmingham City and this is my first attempt at writing an FM Story
I decided to start this game unemployed as that is a route I've never taken before. After just a week I applied and was approached by League 2 Bradford City. I have relatively no experience in League's 1 or 2 as I usually just do a very long career with Birmingham. But when I have managed lower league clubs before, I have learnt that it's a good idea to link with a parent club and get a few decent loans. Luckily in my case, the club I decided to link to was Manchester United.
I had a 10k transfer budget and around another 2k to spend on wages, at the end of the first transfer window this had what had happened to The Bantams.

Arguably, the best player I signed was Gareth Williams

And my best loan signing from Man Utd for 3 months

The media predicted I would finish 2nd and I was confident of promotion.
August results:
Notts Co. 3 Bantams 3
Bantams 2 Stockport 0 (League Cup 1st Round)
Bantams 2 Port Vale 0
Bantams 2 Lincoln 1
Cheltenham 0 Bantams 5
Newcastle 1 Bantams 0 (Extra Time, League Cup 2nd Round)
Bantams 4 Torquay 3
An excellent first month in charge of Bradford, top of League 2 at the end of August. A very strong performance against a full strength Newcastle side but undoubtedly the stand-out match was the 5-0 hammering of Cheltenham and a hat-trick from Febian Brandy.

After the first month in came new loan signings Kakaniklic and Pachecho from Liverpool and Cliff Byrne from Scunthorpe. A very successful start to my new career at Valley Parade.
September results:
Bantams 1 Grimsby 0 (Johnstone's Paint Trophy North Round 1)
Bantams 1 Burton 0
Shrewsbury 0 Bantams 3
Barnet 1 Bantams 3
Bantams 1 Chesterfield 2
Morecambe 2 Bantams 4
Northampton 1 Bantams 1
Another great month as Bradford City win 5 out of 6 in September. A 2-1 home loss to a Chesterfield side I was expected to beat. A possible sign of over confidence and complacency from the players but I did expect a loss sooner rather than later. Overall, September was a decent month and the mighty Bantams still lead League 2.
October results (so far):
Northampton 1 Bantams 1
League table 3rd October 2009:

As you can see my Bradford City side have slipped to 2nd but I'm confident we'll occupy top spot come the end of the season.
As this is my first ever post on an FM Story, could you please give me advice on how to make my posts better.
More to come!!
