Peoblems with o2

im trying to acces o2 active, on a text and web tarriff, on a nokia x3, i have been able to browse for weeks, but tonight it has said "Packet Data Access Point Not Valid" what does this mean?!

Have you ran out of credit? You need at least 17p to access the web on o2 even if you have a free web tariff thing.
